A bit of context
In the last 6 months, we’ve secured partial funding from venture capitalists through seed and private rounds. These investors receive both company equity and tokens as part of the deal. While we’ve made progress in securing funding, we’re holding off on completing these rounds until we have a stronger community and have fully launched our platform and token. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to grow and develop!
Round 1
Round 1 refers to the first opportunity for the community to purchase our token at a discounted price. This is the lowest price point and the earliest entry point for token purchases. Subsequent rounds will have an average price increase of 5%. The initial decentralized exchange (IDO) for our token will take place in March on selected platforms. Keep an eye out for more information and updates as the IDO approaches.
The Gummys token sale will open on January 16, 2023 at 15:00 CET. The exchange rate for the sale is 1 USDT for 60 $GMY ($0.01666). The total amount available for this round is $100,000. The minimum purchase is 500 $GMY and the maximum purchase is 120,000 $GMY. The sale will take place on https://presale.gummys.io/. The tokens will be claimable on launch, with 1/6 of the total amount released per month for a period of 6 months.

On average, prices will increase by 5-10% from round to round, so don’t miss your chance to get the best deal. Launch
Mark your calendars for the launch of the Gummys token in April 2023! On launch day, you’ll be able to claim your tokens according to the vesting schedule of the round you participated in.
Launch market cap has not been defined yet but it should be between $20 and $25 million.
